While I love me some Bath and Body Work products, I don’t love the price. Yes they do have some great sales but I don’t always have time to stop into a store to stock up on air fresheners. This is where these car air fresheners come in handy.
Unlike the turn, click and lock of the Bath and Body Works air freshener, this one has a magnetic closing system. A rubber foot in the back attaches the unique air freshener to your car vent.
Another great feature with these car air fresheners is you make the scent! The package comes with two holders and two felt pads. All you need to do is pick out your favorite essential oil and drop some onto the felt pad. Get crazy with your scent and mix a few different essential oils together to make your own scent!
Great for those who are indecisive! Each package comes with 21 felt pads, with 11 of each color! Air fresheners themselves are stainless steel so they will last you a long time.
Downside: There isn’t many design options available with these. You either get trees, flowers or a swirl pattern. If you don’t have essential oil you are going to need to buy some, this product doesn’t come with any and is scentless until you drop essential oil in. Don’t over do the essential oil or it will drip down into your car!

This air freshener is another essential oil type. You can drop oil onto the back of the bear or the front of the bear. Obviously if you drop essential oil in the back and you use your front vent it is going to smell stronger than just simply dropping essential oil onto the front belly.
Bear itself is made out of plaster. For those of you unfamiliar with plaster it’s what most walls are made of. This makes this bear air freshener unique but also a little bit delicate. If you have kids who grab things be careful they don’t get their little hands on this and throw it or it may break. While this is one of the most unique car air freshener shapes I have seen, it’s not the most scented one. It has a scent but not a strong scent compared to other air fresheners out there. My suggestions is to make a little ball of your favorite homemade scent and put the ball in the shoe. It will be hidden but will help bring some good smells to your car while still being able to use the show as a visual air freshener.
DIY air freshener baking soda:
Mix baking soda and essential oil in a jar. Add ½ cup (90 g) of baking soda and 15 to 25 drops of an essential oil to a small glass canning jar. Use a spoon and stir the two together. If you want a stronger scent for your air freshener, you can mix in more of your preferred essential oil.
